A few tips for staying healthy amidst this craziness going on in the world. 

Stay calm.  Stess actually taxes the immune system.  When you are in a constant state of stress, your body has a harder time fighting off germs.

Eat healthy foods.  When you eat sugar or high carb processed foods, it has been scientifically proven to decrease your immune system for up to 5 hours afterwards.  Fuel your body with healthy foods, so you are getting all the vitamins and minerals you need to stay strong and healthy.

Get some fresh air:  Exercise actually boosts your immune system.  by circulating oxygen rich boold throughout your body.  If you get outside, you get vitamin D from the sun which helps to keep your imune system functioning properly as well.  Plus fresh air and sun are good for the soul which helps your emotional health and to reduce your stress levels.

Some DIY hand sanitizer recipes:

8oz. aloe vera gel, 1 tbs. water, 1/2 tsp. Vit E, 15+ drops of tea tree oil and 10 drops lavender essential oil

1/2 cup aloe gel, a squirt of vit. E, 1 Tbs. water, 10 drops thieves essential oil blend

Equal parts witch hazel (with alcohol) and aloe vera gel.  If you want it a little thicker, add more aloe.
