Exercising doesn't have to be a burden.  In fact, once you get in a regular routine, most people find that they enjoy it and even look forward to it.  You don't have to exercise for hours each day to reap the rewards either.  Just a 1/2 hour 3 or 4 times a week can have tremendous benefits physically, mentally, and emotionally!  Don't know where to begin?  I'm here to help!  As a Certified Personal Trainer, I'm here to help those who are already well on their way to better health and fitness and those who are just starting out.  Need to start slow due to an illness or injury?  I get it: been there, done that.  Sometimes you just need to begin with the basics of balance and flexibility.  Already working out but not seeing any results?
