Sometimes we think it's selfish to make ourselves a priority or that we don't deserve it. Other times we think we just don't have the time to invest in ourselves. The truth is: it isn't selfish, we absolutely deserve it, and we don't have the time to NOT invest in ourselves.
It's not selfish! In fact, when you are healthy, you actually have more to give of yourself and are able to do the things you love and to be available to others.
You deserve it! We all deserve to feel our best and to live life to the fullest.
You do have the time! When we feel our best, we actually have more time and energy available to us. Sickness and doctor's appointments suck up way too much of our time. Preventative messures actually give us more time and more quality time.
Like I stated in the post below: go for a walk a few times a week, make a new healthy meal once a week(some of those will become new healthy staples), enjoy some quiet time each day even if that just means a few minutes of some deep breathing exercises, remember to take your vitamins.
