We've all heard this saying before, but the reality is, it's true!  When we eat well, we give our bodies the nutrients they need to flourish.  When we don't eat well, it's hard for our bodies to function properly leaving us feeling tired, getting sick more often, and even like we are on an emotional rollercoaster at times.  When we eat poorly, we never feel satisfied because our bodies are still needing those necessary nutrients that we are lacking.

I'll say it again, eating well and having a healthy lifestyle doesn't mean you go without.  It just means you are being intentional about what you do on a regular basis.  It's about making small daily changes that become healthy habits that together add up to big changes towards a healthier you!  For example:  cut out the sugary drinks or soda 5 days a week, or cut out sugar and just have some on the weekends or on special occasions.  Go for a 20 minute walk 3 times a week.  Be specific, consistent, and intentional.  If you get off track, no biggie, just get back on.  Need some help?
