Quick Overview: 10 days of eating whole, real foods - nothing processed. Limited dairy and gluten, only because these are both harder on the digestive system and for some people, they can be inflammatory. Plus they are processed. (Have your half and half in your coffee.  I'm not that cruel lol) No sugar, but lots of fresh fruits and veggies.  Drinking plenty of water, and taking a good probiotic to help build those good guys back up. No beer, but a glass of wine or 2 is ok(preferably low sugar), but if you can do 10 days without, even better.  It's only 10 days!!! You can do this!
