We aren't meant to look like barbie dolls.  Here are some barbie doll fun facts: if Barbie were an actual woman, she would be 5'9" tall, have a 39" bust, an 18" waist, 33" hips, and a size 3 shoe. She would be projected to weigh around 110 pounds and have a BMI of 16.24.  In real life, this would make Barbie anorexic and certainly not healthy!  We need to get out of the mindset that skinny is healthy.  Of course being obese is most certainly NOT healthy, we need to view health in the bigger picture.  Are you eating well most of the time?  Are you exercising on a regualr basis? Do you take some time for yourself to do the things you love? Are you taking time to be still? Take some inventory, and think about some ways you can take better care of yourself and make it happen.  Stop trying to be skinny and start working on being healthy!  I'm always available if you need some help getting started.
