SO excited to share with you some new things that will be coming in the new year!  I will be offering 2 different fitness classes online!! One will be a lighter 45 minute cardio weight training class, a light overall total body and cardio workout. The other is going to be a more intense 30 minute HIIT type class targeting specific areas each week. This class can be modified for different levels, so don't be discouraged by the word "intense". You will need your own weights for the classes and a stretchy band.  It's not too early to start planning for the new year!! If you are interested in participating, I need your input.  The light cardio and weights class is being offered through my job at The Chi Hive, so that class is always offered at 10:00am on Tuesday mornings and will be available to join in beginning tomorrow! The 30 minute HIIT class is still in the works and does not have a set time yet, although it will be an early bird special. Would you prefer a start time of 6, 6:30, 7? Tuesday or Thursday mornings or would a different day be better?
