What's your plan for 2023?  Making a plan and setting goals can be overwhelming, but it doesn't need to be. Goals need to be realistic and attainable.  When we set extreme goals, we feel defeated early on, and that leads to negative self esteem, and the tendency to give up.  When we set small goals that build over time, we feel a sense of achievement and encouragement to keep moving forward.  If you have a resolution,a determination or intention, to feel better and be healthier in the new year, take that next step to making it a reality.  There are lots of options available to help you achieve those goals.
