Lots of educational information will be shared, with recipes and support provided throughout the month. Cost is just $35! 7 Day Refresh is designed for those who feel they have a solid foundation, but need to get back on track after the holidays. A detailed meal plan and lots of helpful information will be provided. Cost is $20
