Do you want to eat better and exercise, but just can't seem to get going?  Do you have vitamins sitting in your cabinet, but never remember to take them?  Then this group is for you!  What is it?  It's an online support group designed to help you achieve your wellness goals.  There will be accountability, guidance, love, and support!  Recipe ideas will be provided for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and healthy desserts.  Pick and choose what recipes you would like to try!  Each participant will receive a calendar to keep track of the days you exercise, eat well, take your vitamins, and just love on yourself.  We will be discussing stress management, moods and other topics.  Cost is $25.  Hope to see you at camp!
