There are so many diets out there, how do we know which one is a good one?  Research consistently shows that the mediterranean diet has significant health benefits.  Some people don't do so well with beans/lentils which are a staple of the diet, but limiting those and following some of the other guidelines can still be of benefit to you.  Here is a short article below that gives a brief overview of the mediterranean diet.

Hi Everyone!  Our next challenge group will be beginning Sunday March 3rd.  What is it?  A 7 Day Clean Eating Challenge to get us ready to kick off spring with a spring in our step!  I know we are all longing for those warmer days and feeling the warmth of the sun.  Let's get ready to greet the warmer weather with a clear mind, energy, and overall sense of feeling fabulous!  Cost is only $10 and includes a full 7 day meal plan with recipes and shopping list.  You can join as either a part of a facebook group or an email group.  Reach out to me if you want to accept the challenge!

   Before you look ahead, take a moment to take a look back.  What is 1 thing you did in 2018 that was one step in the right direction to better health?  Maybe you drank  a little more water last year or ate a few more salads.  The purpose of setting new goals for yourself in the new year is not to beat yourself up about the things you may not have accomplished last year.  The purpose is to envision where this next year can take you!  Oh the possibilities!!  It can be exciting and intimidating at the same time, but it doesn't have to be scary!  Let me help you on your journey.
