There is so much yummy fresh produce to choose from, and local farmer's markets are beginning to pop up everywhere! Join us for a week of sumptuous food, and lots of great information. Our week begins Monday June 17th, and ends Sunday June 23rd. Cost is $15

It's an online support group designed to help you achieve your wellness goals. There will be accountability, guidance, love, and support! Recipe ideas will be provided for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and healthy desserts. Pick and choose what recipes you would like to try! Each participant will receive a calendar to keep track of the days you exercise, eat well, take your vitamins, and just love on yourself. We will be discussing stress management, moods and other topics. Cost is $25. Hope to see you at camp!
