Are you being intentional about your health? If not, why not? Our health is so important and most of us don't realize it until something happens. We think, we will make it a priority someday, and then someday comes and there are a whole host of health issues that could have been prevented or lessened by being intentional about our choices.
What do you need help with? Meal planning and prepping? Knowing what to eat? Developing an exercise routine? Knowing what type of exercises to do and how much to do? Need to unwind and destress with a Raindrop Massage? Reach out to me. I'd love to help you get started on a path to health and wellness.

Taking care of ourselves is a total body process. It's a matter of attitude as well as exercising and eating well. We talk to ourselves in our heads (ok some of us do out loud as well :) all day long. Are we building ourselves up with what we think about, or bringing ourselves down? We need to train our brains to focus on the positive. It's a process, but one that has huge benefits. Remember taking care of ourselves includes our thought processes as well. Think carefully!
I hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful weather, and getting some fresh air and exercise. Remember to fuel your body with all the nutrients it needs as well. Some recipes for you to try below:

Hello Friends,
As we get older, sometimes we start to wonder if we can still be as fit as we once were. On the one hand, we want to honor our bodies where they are at and not over do it to the point of injury. On the other hand, we don't want to limit ourselves because we think we are getting too old to feel good or look good. We tend to think that we can let ourselves go because we deserve it or don't have the energy for it. But the truth is we deserve to take better care of ourselves, and the more we do, the more energy we have. The more we do for ourselves now, the more we can enjoy our later years. It's never too late to start exercising and eating better!

Im excited to be offering a new wellness group beginning in February! It is exclusively for women over 40 who are in the time of life that they find it difficult to begin something new, keep motivated, and have trouble losing weight. The struggle is real, right ladies?? The group offers accountability, meal and snack ideas, wellness information and articles specific to this time period in life, weekly thought provoking questions to help us stay on track, and an exercise plan.
Cost is $30 a month and the group will run from February - May. The group will be predominantly online due to both distance of some participants, and the current health situation. If possible, hopefully some of us who are local can meet up and do some cooking together. (some additional costs for cooking classes will apply)
Reach out to me about how to join this group! It's meant to be an enouragement to all who attend. We are all in the same over 40 "boat" working towards similar goals. Now is the time to get started! Better health now = better health for us all as we age, keeping us feeling younger and helping us to be more active!
*If you are mid to late 30's and are having a hard time getting started on a healthier lifestyle, and think this group would be beneficial to you, let me know. We won't hold it against you that you are so young!
Reach out to me for more details!
